Software Engineer | AI & Automation Engineer | IoT Engineer
I'm Muhammad Iska Sujana, a Software Engineer, Automation Engineer, and IoT Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Physics, specializing in Instrumentation, from Universitas Lambung Mangkurat, Indonesia. My background in instrumentation, computational systems, and programming has shaped my approach to engineering: understanding complex problems, designing practical solutions, and connecting different technologies into reliable, integrated systems. Since 2024, I have worked as a Full Stack Software Engineer at PT Hunter Smith Nusantara, developing and maintaining business applications, Progressive Web Apps (PWAs), Point of Sale systems, WhatsApp Gateway integrations, verification platforms, and customer service automation solutions. I have hands-on experience across the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, system architecture, frontend and backend development, database design, API integration, deployment, and maintenance. My technical stack includes JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, React, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and cloud-based infrastructure. One of my key areas of experience is developing operational software for the vehicle financing and debt collection industry. I have worked on systems involving vehicle and financing records, document verification, operational monitoring, incentive calculations, financial reporting, and automated notifications. These projects have strengthened my ability to translate complex business workflows into practical software solutions. I am particularly interested in AI-powered automation and system integration. My experience includes customer service automation, messaging integrations, and developing AI solutions for specific business requirements. I am also exploring AI agents that interact with databases, APIs, and internal business systems to streamline workflows and support data-driven decision-making. Beyond software development, I have experience building Internet of Things (IoT) solutions that integrate sensors, microcontrollers, communication protocols, and web-based monitoring platforms. This multidisciplinary background allows me to approach engineering challenges from both software and hardware perspectives. I value ownership, continuous learning, clear communication, and practical problem-solving. My goal is to build reliable systems that reduce repetitive work, improve operational efficiency, and create measurable value for businesses.
